a few words about 2021:
Well here we are. No matter who you are or where you stand, it's been a rough year for all of us.
I'm not here to complain. I have my health, loved ones and a roof over my head. I had to buckle down last year, just like you. We had to tighten belts, make hard choices and focus on priorities.
But here we are, and there's still so much to look forward to and I can't wait to see all of you again.
now is the time again for action, for plans, for hope.
I don't know what this year will bring, but I will start making plans for events this year, and below is a brief outline:
May/Mother's Day Makers Market - Cancelled.
After speaking with venues and following the rates of vaccination, I feel it's best not to attempt this event and risk the heartache and stress having to cancel would place on anyone.
Summer Makers Market - Tentatively scheduling for June, second/backup event for Aug. or Sept.
Venues have expressed interest and there's a lot more confidence that Summer will be a safer time to enjoy public events. Expect details to arrive as I work to secure dates with venues.
Delta Beer Lab Market - DBL is still excited to work together as soon as it's safe. More details to come.
IHIM Milwaukee Market - Very early stages of planning, hoping to have an event in August.
No promises, but the last event was incredible, popular and successful and Sarah and I couldn't be more excited to work together on projects again. Stay tuned for details.
Black Friday Market - Tentatively on track, expect details as I am able to confirm them.
This has always been the banner event of this brand, and although 2020 wasn't possible, rest assured all related parties are ready to make the most of this year. It's gonna be great.
